William J. "Jupe" Elsner, age 85, of Belleville passed away on Monday, November 18, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born on July 14, 1928 to his parents William and Agnes (Anderson) Elsner. Jupe graduated from Belleville High School. He then hauled milk for Al Geiger for many years. Jupe is survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-great nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Ronald, Maynard, Emmett, and Robert, and a sister Sylvia Pishion. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI with the Rev. Heide Walker Hackman officiating.
