William S. Beckwith, age 67 passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 in his home.  He was born on May 25, 1958 in Monroe, WI the son of Robert and Mae (Heimann) Beckwith.  Bill graduated from New Glarus High School in 1977.  He worked as a painter at Federal Industries in Belleville for many years.  Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing along with morel hunting each Spring.  He was also an avid Packer, Badger, and WWE fan.

William is survived by his longtime companion Terri Yaun and her son Matthew Halvorsen, siblings Robert (Deana) Beckwith, Bruce (Janet) Beckwith, John (Stephanie) Beckwith, Ann (Kelvin) Klassy, Brenda (Bernard) Kela, Vicki (Russell) Swiggum, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Bill's life will be held at a later date.
