Virginia "Jeannie" Hoffman, age 64, of Belleville passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Madison Heights Memory Care in Madison. She was born on January 14, 1953 in Beaver Dam, WI to her parents Bernard and Ada (Langfeldt) Lukasavitz. Jeannie graduated from Columbus High School in 1972. On May 3, 1980 she was united in marriage to Patrick Hoffman in Madison. Jeannie worked for W.T. Rogers in Madison for 26 years. She enjoyed many outdoor activities such as camping, gardening, and yardwork. Jeannie also loved to crochet and take care of her loyal canine and feline companions Daffy, PJ, Mia, Ticket, Gunner, and Joy.

Jeannie is survived by her husband Patrick, brothers Harold "Butch" Lukasavitz and John (Jan) Lukasavitz, sister Pat (Rich) Kleindl, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Marvin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 22, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 338 S. Harrison St., Belleville, WI with the Rev. Michael Moon officiating. Burial will be in the Resurrection Cemetery, Madison.
