Scott Alan Schulz, age 53, of Belleville comfortably passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at his home. He was born on March 14, 1963 in Monroe to his parents Raymond and Gladys (Stiklestad) Schulz. Scott graduated from Belleville High School with the class of 1981. He was married to Kelly Heberlein for 27 years and their union brought two children Dylan and Taylor. Scott was an extremely proud parent and he instilled his love and passion for the outdoors with both his kids. Scott first worked for Belleville Auto and then later at Federal Industries in Belleville for over 30 years along with also working at C&R Yamaha with his brother Dave. Scott was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved to spend time afield with his faithful canine hunting companion Morgan. He also enjoyed cruising the backroads in "1NastyZ" his Camaro. Scott was well liked and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Scott is survived by his children Dylan and Taylor Schulz, brother Dave (Carol Larson) Schulz, niece Brenda (Frank) Gobel, great nieces Danielle Gobel and Josey Scoville, great nephew Derek, great great nephew Trey Gobel, and extended family Sherri Scoville and the Stikelstads.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law Linda Schulz, and nephew Todd Schulz.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the First United Church of Christ, 130 E. Church St., Belleville, WI with the Rev. Kenneth L. Schaub officiating.
A gathering of relatives and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.
