Sandra K. Nevills, age 75, found peace on Saturday, June 12, 2021 after a long 10-year battle with cancer. Sandi was born in Muscatine, IA the daughter of Kenneth and Sylvia (Strause) Herlein, as a child she and her family moved to the Monticello, WI area. Sandi had a passion and talent for woodworking, a hobby which she turned into a successful career. She worked as a trim carpenter and custom cabinet maker for many years, operating her own shops in New York and Idaho. While in New York she was a featured artisan known for her unique and creative designs in an otherwise male dominated field. After she had returned to Wisconsin to be closer to her family, she shared her woodworking passion with her father. Their unique pieces can be found across the United States. She married Terry Nevills on October 20, 1996 in Copenhagen, NY. Sandi was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and grandmother.

Sandi is survived by her daughters Cheryl (Wayne) Stokes and Angel (William) Righter, grandchildren Shane (Renah) Pratt, Kacie Orr, McKinley Righter, Toby Righter, great-grandson Ian Orr. She is further survived by her sisters Nancy Herlein and Patsy Jo White, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Terry.

Per Sandi's request no services will be held.
