Ruth Marie Bowers, age 98, of Watertown passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at her home. She was born on December 13, 1917 in the Town of Primrose to her parents Gilman and Mary (Schwartz) Bowers. Ruth was a member of the St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church and later the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Belleville.

Ruth is survived by her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Lois Rens and Virginia Bosley.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 338 S. Harrison St., Belleville, WI with the Rev. Michael Moon officiating with burial in the St. James Cemetery.

A visitation will precede the mass from 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Belleville.
