Obituary

Milton Stuessy, age 99, passed away at Heartsong Assisted Living in Belleville, WI on Sunday, February 9, 2025.  He was born in New Glarus, the son of Fred and Bertha (Voegeli) Stuessy, on August 10, 1925.  Milton drove milk truck for Reginald and Mavis Wilde for many years before retiring.  He loved working outdoors and enjoyed raising rabbits and chickens.

Milton is survived by his daughters Cyndy Winders and Colleen Duerst, son Rob Stuessy, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Brenda Wooley, and a brother Delmar.

A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, February 14, 2025 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI followed by burial in the Swiss Church Cemetery, New Glarus, WI.
