Martha C. Klassy, age 98, of Belleville, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg. She was born on November 2, 1920 the daughter of William and Bridget (Sweeney) Nevel. Martha graduated from Brooklyn High School. She was united in marriage to Henry P. Klassy. Martha was a mother and homemaker, she also cleaned homes until retiring when she was 80. She enjoyed cooking and baking and completing word search puzzles. Most of all Martha loved her family and cherished her time with them.

Martha is survived by her daughter Pat (David) Judd and son Robert (Rita) Klassy, daughters-in-law Carol Klassy and Nancy Klassy, ten grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Henry, sons Joseph and Richard, brothers John, Bernard, Peter, Raymond, Edward, William, Lucille, Katherine, Margaret, and Blanche.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 338 S. Harrison St., Belleville, WI with the Rev. Michael Moon officiating. Burial will be in the Belleville Cemetery.

A visitation will precede the mass from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the St. Francis Catholic Church in Belleville.

The Becker-Beal Funeral Home of Belleville is assisting the family.
