Marilyn K. Hefty

Marilyn K. Hefty age 79 passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Avina of Fond du Lac. She was born on May 18, 1947 the daughter of Henry and Mary (Richard) Aebly, Sr. Marilyn grew up in Paoli, WI where her parents owned and operated Aebly’s Bar, and she graduated from Belleville High School in 1963. After high school Marilyn attended nursing school in Minnesota. She married William J. Hefty in 1967 and they later divorced. Marilyn would work as a realtor for the Action Agency in Ripon for over 30 years.

Marilyn is survived by her son Scott, sister Kathy Schaller, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Betty Zweifel, and brother Henry Aebly, Jr.

Per Marilyn’s request she will be inurned alongside her parents in the Belleville Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026.

The Becker-Beal Funeral Home of Belleville is assisting the family.
