Margaret E. Krinkey, age 79, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Oak Park Place in Middleton. She was born on December 30, 1932 to Rose Hirshbrunner and Ferdinand Pulver, and Margaret was raised by Fred and Elnora (Schultz) Pulver. Margaret attended the Storytown School. She was first married to Norman Christen. Later Margaret married Duane Krinkey. Margaret worked at Carnes in Verona for many years. Margaret is survived by her children Leroy Christen of Tempe, AZ, Karen (Steve) Sponem of Mount Horeb, WI, Eric (Jane) Christen of Monroe, WI and George (Sara) Christen of Madison, WI, eleven grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren. She is further survived by a special brother Fred (Lorlene) Pulver Jr. of Verona, two sisters Barb Middleton of Tennesee and Shirley Weiderkehr of Illinois, a special aunt Anna Marie Schmid of Verona, WI, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Duane, and a grandson Matthew. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI with the Rev. Sara Thiessen officiating.
