Landon Thomas Kriebs

We mourn the heartbreaking loss of our son Landon. He was born on May 14th, 2009 and passed on May 21, 2026. Landon was a student at Belleville High School.

Landon was most passionate about family, friends, and his work. When there was a project at Joe & Bradyn’s (uncle and cousin) shop, he was always up to lend a hand. He helped work on UTVs, Semis, and trailers. After school most days he worked at Wrecktify doing work around a body shop. And for his brother, whom he spent the most time with, he and Lawson had moments of tension, but an unshakable bond always remained, and he loved him deeply.

Landon spent most of his free time with friends and family. He always wanted to be with people and make people feel special. This was his special ability; he made everyone feel loved, and welcome. Everyone recognized him for his kindness, thoughtfulness, and sweet demeanor.

We hope Landon will be remembered for the joy, humor, kindness, and impact he brought to the people around him. As we continue to process this heartbreaking loss, we are especially grateful for the love of family, friends, and community during this difficult time. Everyone has shared so many kind words and stories demonstrating Landon’s impact on their lives, it makes this tragedy even harder to comprehend given the love everyone has for him.

In honoring Landon’s memory, we encourage others to cherish time with the people they love, to check in on one another, and to never underestimate the importance of a conversation, a kind word, or simply being present.

Landon is survived by: his father, Todd Kriebs, his mother, Alyssa Jelle, his brother, Lawson Kriebs, his grandpa, Thomas Jelle, his grandmas, Jane Jelle and Wanda Knautz, his cousin and best friend, Bradyn Kriebs, along with aunt Krista Jelle, uncles Joe (Amy) Kriebs and Arnold Kriebs, and cousins.

Rest in Peace Landon… We know this world was hard on you at times and we know you are in a place with all of the love. We know you are still here living in all of our hearts and memories. Love you always and forever!

A gathering will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.

A celebration of Landon’s life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at W3009 Sand Crane Dr., Belleville, WI.
