Kenneth A. Martinson, age 80 of Belleville passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 at his home.  He was born on August 12, 1943 in Madison, WI the son of William and Mary (Gehin) Martinson.  Kenneth attended Oregon High School.  On August 17, 1968 he was united in marriage to Vicki Jane Fish at the Oregon Methodist Church.  Kenneth worked as a drainage contractor for many years.  He was also president of the "Land Improvement Contractors of America" (Wisconsin Chapter).  Kenneth enjoyed the work and considered it his true calling.  Kenneth also enjoyed flying, he was a private pilot and member of the Brooklyn Flying Club.  He was the pilot for many skydivers in the area.  Most of all he loved and cherished his family and grandchildren.

Kenneth is survived by his wife Vicki Jane, children Ken (Yazeed), Jr., Amy, Dan (Shianne), Matthew, Ronald, and Martin Martinson, grandchildren Tylor (Rabecka), Shawn, Christopher, Ievey, Dominic, Raven, Chase, and Taylor, and great-grandchildren Madelyn, Alaya, Liam, Ezra, and Jenisis.  He is further survived by his brothers Bob (Sharon) Richard (Ardys), Tom, Tim (LuAnn), Gary (Rebecca), and David (Chunping) Martinson, sister Mary Lou Hodel, step-sisters Beverly and Janet, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Gladys Martinson, brothers Don and Bill, and sister Patrica Owen.

Per Kenneth's request no formal services will be held, but a Celebration of His Life will be held at a later date.
