Judy L. Hulburt, age 73 passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg.  She was born on October 21, 1950 in Janesville, WI the daughter of D. "Corky" Earl and Betty (Ludtke) Davis.  Judy graduated from Janesville Parker High School in 1969 and continued her education at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison in nursing.  On July 26, 1975 Judy was united in marriage to James Hulburt at the Cargill Methodist Church in Janesville.  During her nursing career at the William S. Middleton VA Memorial Hospital Judy specialized in radiology and retired as a supervisor in 2008.  She was an avid reader of romance novels, enjoyed crocheting, and was always current on the latest electronics and technology devices.  Most of all Judy loved her family and cherished her time spent with her grandchildren.

Judy is survived by her children Courtney (Nick) Zahn and Joshua (Jaymie) Hulburt, grandchildren Aliza and Hawkins Hulburt, and best friends Loni and Jane Hatleberg.  She is further survived by her brother Scott (Missy Salisbury) Davis, sister Sally Johnson, half-siblings Arthur Davis and Michelle (Gordon) Lewiston, step-sister Sharon (Bill) Zitzer, brother-in-law Craig (Mark Shephard) Hulburt, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Betty Davis, father Corky Davis, step-mother Marcie Davis, husband James Hulburt, brother Donald Davis, step-sisters Connie Schroeder and Sandy Hilts, and brother-in-law Robert Johnson.

Per Judy's request private services will be held.
