Josephine Ann Krueger, age 83, of Belleville passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025.  She was born on November 18, 1941 the daughter of John and Lizetta (Keegan) Goodman.  JoAnn grew up in New Glarus and later moved to Madison where she graduated from Edgewood High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  On June 11, 1966 she was united in marriage to John L. Krueger.  JoAnn had a career as a medical technologist at the University of Wisconsin Hospital.  JoAnn was a gifted artist who made pottery, quilts, and water-color paintings.  She also grew beautiful flower gardens around her home.  Her culinary skills were well-known among her family and friends.  She was also able to raise many animals including dogs, cats, foxes, and racoons.

JoAnn leaves behind two daughters Ann and Kathryn, her sister Beth, and two grandchildren Emily and Michael.  As we say goodbye to JoAnn, we find comfort in knowing she is reunited with her parents Lizetta and John, husband Jack, and her many beloved pets, family, and friends who have gone before her.  Her love, kindness, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.  May her soul rest in gentle peace.

A gathering of relatives and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.  A time of remembrance will conclude the gathering at 12:00 noon at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home.
