JoAnn C. (Kvamme) Sherven, age 78 passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022 at her home.  She was born on June 27, 1944 the daughter of Casper and Lola (Anderson) Kvamme.  JoAnn graduated from New Glarus High School in 1962 and continued her education at Madison Business College.  On December 9, 1967 she was united in marriage to Larry Sherven at the Mount Horeb Evangelical Lutheran Church.  JoAnn had worked at Federal Industries in Belleville for many years until retiring in 2008.  She had served as president of the Oregon VFW Post #10272 Auxiliary.  She enjoyed scrapbooking and golfing.

JoAnn is survived by her daughters Lori (Josh Morris) Helker and Jodie (Richard) Grinstead and grandson Robert.  She is further survived by a sister-in-law Sue Kvamme, niece Kimberly Marshall, and nephew Nicholas Kvamme.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Larry, and brother Alvin Kvamme.

She leaves behind her beloved cats, Teddy, Smokey, Chuck, Dotsie, and Princess.

A gathering of relatives and friends will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.  A time of remembrance will conclude the gathering at 1:30 p.m.
