Jacob R. Hart, passed away Tuesday, December 12th quietly in his home at the age of 30.  Reports show Jacob had an unknown heart abnormality. Apparently, his heart was too big, anyone who knew him would undoubtedly agree. Jacob moved at his own pace through life. He lived a life full of compassion, consideration, and generosity. Jacob's jokes were witty and delivered in a way that was guaranteed to make you smile. He had a thirst for knowledge, relished in exploration, and had a sense of curiosity. He was one with nature and found liberation in hiking, foraging, and paddling the waters. Jacob's dedication to farming and gardening was abundant. He was brilliant at working with his hands and was an accomplished carpenter and creator.  Jacob had a gentle and artistic personality, and an amazing smile that will be dearly missed. His spirit is guided to the light by his parents and grandparents. His memories are carried in the hearts of his twin sister, two older sisters, eldest brother, nephew and niece.

A private family service will be held.
