Ellen A. Miller (Anderson), age 78 of rural Belleville passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the New Glarus Home. She was born on May 7, 1943 in the Town of Montrose the daughter of Ole and Mabel (Ethridge) Anderson. Ellen graduated from Belleville High School in 1961. On August 13, 1983 she was united in marriage to David Miller. Ellen worked for the State of Wisconsin for over forty years. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Belleville where she had been confirmed. Ellen enjoyed reading mystery novels and playing cards. She was also an avid softball player.

Ellen is survived by her husband David, brother Ken (Diane) Anderson, sisters Arlene Marty and Marilyn (Paul) Lokken, sister-in-law Elaine Anderson, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Darrell and Dale Anderson, sisters Doris (Bill) Gallagher, Sonya Mezra, and Cheryl Burkhalter, brother-in-law John Marty, and nephew Steve Gallagher.

Per Ellen's request no formal services will be held.
