Edward T. Jerome, age 80 of Belleville, WI passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side of complications of Parkinson's Disease on Saturday, December 28, 2024.  He was born May 6, 1944 in Manitowoc, WI to Willard and Donna Jerome and moved to Milwaukee as an infant.  He was a graduate of Milwaukee Riverside High School, Milwaukee Technical College and UW-Whitewater earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.  While at Whitewater, Ed met Sue Hawley, the love of his life and they were married March 16, 1968, in Madison.  He worked in Madison and the surrounding area as an outside industrial tools sales rep for nearly 40 years retiring in 2009.  Ed was a Master Mason of Madison Masonic Lodge No. 5 F & A.M. and former member of the Wisconsin Calligraphers Guild.  Ed was a gifted woodworker and calligrapher but was first and foremost a loving and devoted husband and father.  He was a hands-on gentle grandpa who was a teacher, cheerleader, mentor, and playmate to each of his grandchildren.

Ed is survived by his cherished wife and best friend, Sue, a son Eric (Jodie), a daughter Julie (Patrick), four grandchildren Shea (Hunter), Rylee (Garrett), Kyla (Logan), and Gavan, and a sister-in-law Gail Tessen of Bryan, TX.

Honoring Ed's wishes, no public services will be held.
