Donald R. Meyer, age 66, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born on January 27, 1947 to his parents Donald L. and Marion N. (Judd) Meyer. Donald graduated from Belleville High School in 1965. On April 8, 1967 he was united in marriage to the former Vicki Erickson at the York Memorial Lutheran Church, rural Blanchardville. Don retired from Rhodia Labs in 2007 and previously worked for Pet Milk Co., Kelsch Machine Company, and Miles Lab. Survivors include: His wife: Vicki Meyer of Belleville, WI, two sons; Joseph (Jennifer) Meyer of Weatherford, TX, Michael (Monique) Meyer of San Clemente, CA, six grandchildren; Zachary, Madysen, Brody, Kaleb, Brayden, and Mason; Three brothers; Bill (Nancy) Meyer of Madison, WI, Jeff (Jeanne) Meyer of Cross Plains, WI, and Tim (Michelle) Meyer or Libertyville, IL, a sister Peggy (Palmer) Buesser of Belleville, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents. A time of gathering will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI. A memorial fund has been established in his memory.
