Delores E. Best-Butts, age 91 of Belleville, WI, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Agrace Hospice Care, Fitchburg, WI. She was born in the family home on February 3, 1925 to her parents Harley and Lillian (Fletcher) Best where she then lived all her life. Delores attended the Oak Grove and Belleville High Schools. On July 9, 1985, she was united in marriage to Burton "Bertie" Butts at the Grace United Methodist Church in Belleville. In 1987 she retired from the Dietary Department of the Methodist Hospital. Following their retirement Bertie and Delores had many fun-filled years of traveling, dancing, and fishing with family and friends. Delores routinely attended the Best family reunion and in later years was the oldest family member in attendance.

Delores is survived by her nephews Donald (Kathleen) Hoesly of Brooklyn, WI and Norman (Nancy) Hoesly of Cambridge, IL, great-niece Tammy Brewer, great-nephew Darrick Hoesly, great-great-niece Nicole, special niece Autumn Johnson, and many extended Best and Butts family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Dorothy Hoesly, and great-nephew Paul Brewer.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Grace United Methodist Church, 246 West Pearl St., Belleville, WI with Pastor George Kaminski officiating with burial in the Belleville Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.
