Dee Wittwer, age 60, of Oregon passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg. She was born on February 4, 1956 in Monroe, WI to her parents Robert and Joyce (Tschudy) Roth. Dee graduated from New Glarus High School and then from MATC in Madison. She worked as an EKG Technician first at Meriter Hospital and then for 30 years at the William S. Middleton VA Hospital in Madison. On September 19, 1981, she was united in marriage to Phillip Wittwer. Dee had one of the most kind and gentle souls. She was always taking care of everyone else before herself. Her positive spirit saw the good in any situation that came her way. This world was so lucky to have her in it and she will be missed every day.

Dee is survived by her husband Phil, daughters Amanda (Matt) Anderson and Christina Wittwer, siblings Terry (Peggy) Roth and Bonnie (Mike) Klassy, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Robin Roth.

Per Dee's wishes her family will gather for a private celebration of life.
