Cheryl Ann Latsch, age 70 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at UW Hospital on November 9, 2023.  She was born on September 24, 1953 to Donald and Janice (Simerson) Latsch.  Cheryl most recently worked for John Deere Financial for over 19 years.  She was a dedicated employee who continued to worked on her appraisals while in the hospital just ten days prior to her passing.  She had also worked at the westside Kohl's department store for 25 years.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter Heidi, grandchildren Hayley (Dylan), Hayden (Cassandra), Holden (Emma), Harrison, and Hope, and her most recent joy, her first great-grandchild Charlotte Ann.  She is further survived by her brothers Kevin and Jim (Holly), nephews Garrett (Amber) and Drew (Alex), and great-nephews Jackson, Landon, and Logan.

She was preceded in death by her father Donald on November 9, 2011, mother Janice on December 11, 1995, and sister-in-law Leslie.

Mom you are loved beyond measure.  You were the best grandma and great-grandma.  Please watch over us and just know there will always be an open seat for you at the upcoming milestones.  Even though we are sad, we are happy that you are healthy again.  It's not goodbye…it's see you later.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at St. James Lutheran Church, 427 S. Main St., Verona, WI with Pastor Peter Narum officiating.

A gathering of relatives and friends will precede the memorial service from 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at St. James Lutheran Church in Verona.

A celebration of Cheryl's life will follow the memorial service until 4:00 p.m. at the 5th Quarter Bar & Grill, 161 Horizon Dr., Verona, WI.

The Becker-Beal Funeral Home of Belleville is assisting the family.
