Charles (Charlie) Campbell, age 75, died peacefully surrounded by family and friends at Agrace HospiceCare on September 29, 2023. He was born on April 6th,1948, to Robert and Kathleen (Fischer) Campbell of Belleville, WI. He was a proud graduate of Belleville High School, class of 1966.  He was a member of the Paoli Zwingli United Church of Christ, inductee to the Belleville Wildcat Hall of Fame, and an active member in the community. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beth, his grandson Matthew, and his parents.

He enjoyed sports, bowling, the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He especially enjoyed his time keeping stats for Belleville athletics.  Charlie had a special place in his heart for the Belleville Football Program, over the years viewing the members of the team as part of his family.

Charlie leaves behind his three children, Sara (Dave) Kuehl of Milwaukee, Katie (Mike) O'Dair, and Jeffrey (Mychal) Campbell, along with his two grandsons, Noah and Ethan all of Belleville. He loved attending all of the events in which his grandsons participated. Charlie rarely missed one of their events. He is further survived by his siblings Eugene Campbell, Christine (Aldon) Waelti, Kathy Campbell, Linda Keifenheim, William (Diane) Campbell, and James (Jayne) Campbell, in addition to many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the amazing staff at Agrace HospiceCare, Inc. in Fitchburg. You were all very caring and supportive to our entire family over the past several months. A special thank you to Megan and Lindsey, who have been extra helpful throughout this process with both of our parents.

Friends and family are welcome to attend the visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the First United Church of Christ, 130 E Church St, Belleville, WI. A private burial for family and close friends will follow at the Belleville Cemetery, concluding in a catered lunch at First Church.

Memorials will go to Belleville Sports Boosters, Stoughton Fair, and Zwingli United Church of Christ-Paoli.
