Beverly J. Babler, age 81 passed away surrounded by her family on July 12, 2022 at SSM Health-Monroe.  She was born on December 30, 1940 at St. Clare Hospital in Monroe the daughter of Willis Spring and Ruth Holcomb.  Beverly grew up in the New Glarus area and attended New Glarus Schools.  On October 19, 1957 she was united in marriage to Milton Babler in Dubuque, IA.  Beverly worked at Monroe Cheese Corp in Monticello and was a mother and homemaker.  She was a member of the Zwingli United Church of Christ in Monticello.  Bev enjoyed tending her flower gardens and watching the birds that would visit her home.  She also used her artistic talents painting ceramics.  Bev was a dedicated Wisconsin sports fan following the Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers.  Most of all she loved being a mom and grandma attending her children's and grandchildren's school activities and taking care of them.

Beverly is survived by her husband Milton, children Steven (Joni) Babler, Milton "Fritz" Babler, Jr., Scott (Ann DeNure) Babler, and Angela (Don) Neff, grandchildren Chris (Molly), Ali (Joel), Melissa, and Matthew, great-grandchildren Rorie, Carlie, Brek, Lauren, Hans, Steven, and Claire.  She is further survived by her brothers Duane (Donna) Spring and Dwight (Sandra) Spring, sister-in-law Carol (Larry) Strause, nieces Dawn, Brenda, Sheri, Shawn, and Shelly, nephews Shane and Mark, and a grand-dog Whiskey.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, step-father Dan Ringhand, and sister and brother-in-law Debbie and Dave Johnson.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the Zwingli United Church of Christ, 416 E. Lake Ave., Monticello, WI with the Rev. Lance Smith officiating.
