A pril Christine (Dorst) Jardine, age 58 passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at her parents' home in New Glarus.  She was born on March 30, 1966 in Davenport, IA the daughter of Dennis and Sharron Dorst.  On October 28, 2006 she was united in marriage to John Jardine in Marlow, OK.  April and her family had recently moved to New Glarus from Lawton, OK to be closer to her parents.  She was a kind and loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend who was helpful to all those around her.

April is survived by her husband John, parents Dennis and Sharron, daughter Brandie (Mike) Knutson, sons Dennis Morris and Kyle (Celeste) Morris, sister Dawn (Don) Hallaman, step-daughter Jordin Jardine, and brother Scott Dorst.  She is further survived by a niece Emily Dorst, nephews Jacob Dorst and Christopher Nickel, nine grandchildren Braden, Dylan, Easton, Kayleigh, Zayne, Colt, and Keeley Morris, and Kourtney and Kamryn Knutson, and aunts Lynne, Marla, and Sheila.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Dale & Phyllis Mann and Gerry & Gloria Dorst.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024 at the Zentner-Beal Funeral Home, 29 Sixth Ave., New Glarus, WI.

A Time of Remembrances led by Pastor John Lewis will conclude the visitation at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024 at the Zentner-Beal Funeral Home in New Glarus.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Autism Society.
