Amy L. Seals, age 26, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison from complications with pulmonary emboli. She was born on April 10, 1990 at St. Mary's Hospital to her parents Douglas Seals and Jean O'Brien. Amy grew up and attended schools in Oregon. She loved to dance and was a founding member of the Oregon High School Dance Team. Amy was very creative and artistic she could create art using common materials and objects by transforming them into something beautiful. She also had a deep love for her son, sister, mother, and grandmother.

Amy is survived by her son Kalub Georgeson, mother Jean O'Brien, father Douglas Seals, sister and best friend Holly Seals, grandmother Isabelle O'Brien-Foslin, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Frank and Marge Seals, grandfather Joseph O'Brien, Sr, step-grandfather Sanford Foslin, special uncle Joe O'Brien, Jr., and cousin Derek Seals.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home, 109 Greenway Cross, Belleville, WI with the Rev. Sara Rabe officiating.

A gathering of relatives and friends will precede the memorial service from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Becker-Beal Funeral Home in Belleville.

A memorial fund has been established for her son Kalub.
