Adeline May (Hammen) Schmidt, daughter of Elmer and Olga (Johnson) Hammen, age 88, born May 9th, 1926 (on Mothers Day) in Madison, WI. She is the beloved mother of Jean (Randy) Rogers, N. Ft. Myers, FL, Rita (David) Off, Fitchburg, WI, Patricia (Larry) Jelle, New Glarus, WI, and Harvey (Tracy) Schmidt, Lake Delton, WI. Loving grandmother of six and great-grandmother of nine has gone home to be with the Lord on November 26, 2014. Adeline's greatest joy was in family gatherings, she loved being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We will miss her but we know that she is enjoying many happy reunions in heaven and we will see her there one day!
